Sales Staff
PT. NTI sedang mencari Sales Staff yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim Business Development kami.
Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan penjualan produk dan layanan perusahaan dengan cara menjalin serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, baik pelanggan baru maupun pelanggan existing. Posisi ini berperan aktif dalam mencari peluang pasar, melakukan pendekatan dan presentasi kepada calon pelanggan, memahami kebutuhan pelanggan, serta menawarkan solusi yang sesuai dengan produk perusahaan. Sales Staff juga bertugas mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan, melakukan negosiasi harga dan kontrak sesuai kebijakan perusahaan, serta memastikan proses penjualan berjalan hingga tahap penutupan. Selain itu, Sales Staff melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan aktivitas penjualan secara berkala, memberikan feedback pasar kepada tim internal, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan keberlanjutan kerja sama jangka panjang.

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives

- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
